I am beyond thrilled that you are here. This site has been a long time in coming. If you spend some time here, you'll discover that patience is often the unripe fruit of the Spirit in my basket. The Lord determines our seasons, and now that this season has arrived for me, I can hardly contain my excitement.

Within this site, you will find True Stories, Reflections, Signs & Wonders, Prayers, and some Odds & Ends, all with the Glory of God in mind.

I'll share with you some of my favorite teachers of The Word, songs, quotes, movie recommendations, and scripture. God's Word is truth. Let's meet each other there!​​
WHO AM I?
​I am an old, often too weary, woman in my sixties. I spent my first forty years knowing God yet still wandering in the dry deserts of my own choosing. They seldom led me to anything resembling living water. I am by definition an ordinary woman, though some would say I've lived an extraordinary life. I tend to agree. But no fame or glory belongs to me.
Long before I cried out and surrendered my life to Him, My God showered this undeserving sinner with such lavish love and grace. And since I've become His beloved child, I've seen miracles, I've heard His voice, and I've seen His hand do mighty things. I long to share these wonders with you. Quite simply, because I promised God I would glorify His Holy Name.

​Psalm 66:16 ~ "Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what he has done for me."

Psalm 107:2 ~ "Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story--those He redeemed from the hand of the foe."

WHY AM I HERE?
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
I honestly don't know. It is not for me to say, or to worry about. Praise God!

Yet, I know that our testimonies draw us nearer to Jesus, and nearer to each other. We were created to live in community, worshiping with our neighbors, loving our neighbors, laughing, crying, learning, and growing with our neighbors. Always with the hope of becoming true imitators of Christ.
So, I share with my neighbors, praying you will find something here that's just for you!
I have no need for recognition nor, with all due respect, do I need your approval. I am not seeking likes to secure sponsorships, or ads to offset costs. As a human, I do confess I hope you like what the Lord has put on my heart to share. Let's face it, no one wants to put out bad writing! And I do hope you'll share the URL, but I'm thankful that's out of my hands, and in His more capable ones.​​

So then, just what is in it for me? JOY! Pure unadulterated joy! Joy in knowing that I have been obedient to my call to share. Joy in knowing that God has brought you to this space. Joy, mixed with hope, that the takeaway is always what God did, and not what Ruby said. Oh, and that you will be blessed, uplifted, challenged, and coming back. All of that brings me joy.
